Shipping & Returns
Products will be made 2-3 weeks after the order has been placed and will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched and should be with you in 2-3 working days.
Unfortunately a faster turn around are not available at this time, so if you need something for a particular date please order in advance. If there is something specific that you need that isn't available on our shop, you are able to place a custom order! Please contact us for more information!

Due to every item being custom made, we do not except returns/exchanges but if you are unhappy with your order as it has arrived damaged we will refund you up to 14 days after you item has arrived.
You may be asked to send the item back. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage
We hope you shouldn't have any problems with your order as we check all items before being shipped. Should you still need to get a refund:

firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and reason for refund. Please also provide images of the damaged item! We will then respond with our evaluation on the fault/damage. Thank you!
